Professor Rick Garnett will take part in a panel discussion on May 29th at the Washington Hebrew Congregation in Washington, D.C. The conference will officially launch RFI's Freedom of Religious Institutions in Society (FORIS) Project, a pathbreaking, multi-country initiative funded by the John Templeton Foundation to examine the meaning and impact of institutional religious freedom and promote its findings among policymakers, scholars, and journalists around the world.
