Jorge Barrera-Rojas's forthcoming article, "Educational Adequacy: Balancing the Right to Education, Parents’ Rights and Educational Freedoms Under the International Covenant of Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights," was cited in the ADF's International white paper, "Parental Rights Protecting Parents, Empowering Generations" prepared by Dr. Georgia du Plessis. The white paper was distributed around the world and set the international human rights law standards about the topic. More here.
