Professor Rick Garnett contributed to the Religious Freedom Institute's series of articles on the their Cornerstone blog concerning the Trinity Lutheran Decision and the Blaine Amendmants. His article, "A Firm Foundation for the Trinity Lutheran Decision", considers the implications of the Court’s ruling for other applications of Blaine Amendments and similar state-law restrictions.
