Professor Rick Garnett files amicus brief in Dobbs case

Rick Garnett, Paul J. Schierl/Fort Howard Corporation Professor of Law and Director of Notre Dame Law School's Program on Church, State & Society, has filed an amici curiae brief in the Supreme Court of the United States in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Garnett, a former clerk for Chief Justice William Rehnquist, filed the brief along with former Rehnquist clerk Charles Cooper, and others, from Cooper & Kirk, PLLC.
